About the Role:
 Our client is seeking a 
Bid Writer to join their expanding 
Work Winning Team in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in producing persuasive and technically sound bid documents across a wide range of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping the business secure future projects by aligning proposals with client requirements and industry standards. 
Location: The position can be based at either their 
Newbridge (Co. Kildare) or 
Cookstown (Dublin) office. 
Key Responsibilities:  - Develop and write bid documentation for projects across sectors including Transport, Infrastructure, Water, and Energy
  - Customise bid content to meet client specifications and tender requirements
  - Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, estimators, engineers, and SHESQ teams to gather accurate project details
  - Research site conditions, project scopes, and client expectations to produce relevant and engaging content
  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to enhance bid quality
  - Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to integrate third-party information into proposals
  
 Required Qualifications & Skills:  - Ideally degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Health & Safety, Quality, or Environmental Management
  - 2-3 years' on-site experience in a construction or infrastructure environment
  - 2-3 years' experience in technical bid writing or compiling submissions
  - Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site operations
  - Working knowledge of Health & Safety, Sustainability, Quality, and Environmental standards
  - Excellent writing and technical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  - Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential
