We are hiring a Bid Coordinator for a Civil Engineering client to support their tendering & business development team. The role is based in their office in Sallins Co Kildare but flexibility to facilitate hybrid working as required.
Role Responsibilities: - Setting up new Requests for Tender our Document Management System
- Downloading and checking completeness of Tender Packs received from Clients/ tender portals such as ETenders.
- Keep updated when new RFTs being issued from various clients, as well as amendments and updates on existing, notifying Tendering team of same.
- Collating / assembling/ publishing the various documents forming a Tender submission/ similar bid and submitting by the tender deadline to the Client/ portal. You will be liaising with various disciplines within the Company to do this – eg. estimators, engineers, SHEQ personnel, management, outsourced specialists, and others.
- Preparing and submitting prequalification bids to Clients. These could be at Prequalification stage or at Tender stage. Most frequent forms are the Suitability Assessment Questionnaires SAQ’s published by the Office of Government Procurement.
- Maintain Library of Company Data for use in Tenders & Prequals.
- Assist with the Company Website / LinkedIn / other Marketing documents & submissions.
