Assistant Quantity Surveyor RC Frame/Gwks/Demo Herts The Company
The client we represent are a specialist RC Frame/Groundworks sub-contractor covering projects across London.
They have an annual turnover in the region of £110m+, with typical projects ranging from £10m to £30m.
The role
Due to continued tender success, this client is now seeking to recruit a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, who has had previous RC Frame/Groundworks experience with exposure to demolition projects a bonus.
You will join an existing and assist in delivering commercial expertise from initial inception through to final accounts on packages up to £10m.
This is a head office based role with site visits when needed.
The Requirements
Must be degree qualified, ideally in Surveying.
Must have relevant RC Frame/Groundworks experience
Be capable of running your own jobs
