The Role They are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Assisting with high level appraisals for land acquisitions and the current land banks.
Preparing budgets and bills of quantities for projects going to site and projects going for planning.
Supporting with tendering of government council LDA and housing bodies projects.
Monitoring live projects costs and rates and updating the database.
Helping prepare standard house type budgets and monitoring their rates and costs.
Carrying out measurement and checks to all of the above
The Requirements
A Commercial degree
At least 1 years commercial experience in any sector
Strong communication skills
