Don has worked in the UK construction market since 2014, initially within temporary Health & Safety recruitment but his main knowledge is within the specialist civils subcontract sector – RC Frame, Groundworks, Demolition and Piling covering all professional disciplines. His academic background includes a marketing degree along with a master’s in human resource management. He oversees the day-to-day functions within OCS Recruitment along with future planning for further growth across multiple regions and markets.
Don has significant industry knowledge to fulfil our clients and candidates requirements in the UK. We cover Operational, Commercial, Safety, Technical and back office professions from graduate up to director level
