Don has worked in the UK construction market since 2014, initially within temporary Health & Safety recruitment but his main knowledge is within the specialist civils subcontract sector – RC Frame, Groundworks, Demolition and Piling covering all professional disciplines. His academic background includes a marketing degree along with a master’s in human resource management. He oversees the day-to-day functions within OCS Recruitment along with future planning for further growth across multiple regions and markets.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Health & Safety, HR, Marketing & Construction Administration

Louise is currently managing the Health & Safety, Marketing, HR & Construction Administration function within the business recruiting across multiple disciplines in Ireland and EU. With previous recruitment experience, Louise understands the importance or client and candidate relationships, helping understand your needs as you take on a new position or employee. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Louise worked in Marketing in both the financial and Robotics and AI industries.

Ronan is currently managing the operational function across multiple sectors in the construction industry across Ireland. With previous recruitment experience, Ronan understands the importance of building relationships with both clients & candidates to ensure a premium service is carried out. With a background in HR operations & recruiting, Ronan brings this experience with him to OCS.

Office Manager

Joyce supports the OCS team on all administrative duties as well as taking ownership of Social-Media/Marketing as well as assisting with OCS’s HR and Finance function. This is a career change for Joyce who previously worked in the hospitality industry but is able to bring a number of traits with her into her role as Office Manager.
